A magazine called Road Construction- March issue, ran eight-page article on the topping with color photogravure about the joint project between GREEN ARM and ANAS (the former Italy Highway Public Corporation). The writer, Mr. Atsushi Kasahara, professor of Hokkaido Technological University made a complementary remark that the joint project demonstrated during August to September in Italy was the first successful case in the world in employing hot in-place recycling technology on the porous asphalt road.
