A part of Ecorecover Business was transferred to Ecorecover Co., Ltd.

Green ARM has decided to transfer exclusive sales right for private companies service of Ecorecover Business to Ecorecover Co., Ltd.
Ecorecover Co., Ltd. was established in October 23rd, 2009.
The capital of Ecorecover Co., Ltd. will be Japanese yen 95,000,000 and Green ARM will get a majority.
