We held a seminar primarily centered around AR2000 at Beijing, China. More than eighty participants attended. They were from the Ministry of Communications, Beijing City, Tianjin City, eighteen other Provinces and autonomous regions. Representatives from the news-media were also in attendance. An article about the seminar appeared in the Chinese Newspaper “ China Nation News”.
